As someone who is 52 with post-menopausal, dry skin and more lip products than I care to admit, I tend to be pretty skeptical of anything marketed as a “lip treatment.” Most are either glorified glosses or basic balms with a luxury price tag. This one pleasantly surprised me. What I like most is that it feels like a true treatment product rather than a cosmetic cover-up. The texture is smooth, comfortable, and moisturizing without being sticky or heavy. My lips immediately looked softer, healthier, and a little fuller, not because of an aggressive plumping effect, but because they were better hydrated and the fine lines appeared less noticeable. The formula is more thoughtful than it first appears. One of the standout ingredients is Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38, a peptide commonly found in higher-end anti-aging skincare. While no lip product is going to rebuild your lips overnight, peptides are one of the few categories of ingredients that make sense in a treatment-focused formula. It also contains vitamin E and green tea extract for antioxidant support, along with a blend of emollients that help condition and smooth the lips. I also appreciate that this isn’t one of those painful lip plumpers that relies on intense irritation to create results. The formula contains mentha arvensis leaf oil, which provides a light cooling sensation, but I never experienced the burning or stinging that some plumping products create. For me, the effect was more comfortable and polished than dramatic. What surprised me most was how well it performed throughout the day. My lips stayed comfortable for hours, and I found myself reaching for it less often than many traditional lip balms. The finish gives lips a healthy, well-conditioned look without feeling greasy. If I’m being critical, I do wish the formula included additional barrier-support ingredients such as ceramides, cholesterol, or squalane. Those are ingredients I love seeing in overnight lip treatments. That said, what is here works very well, and the overall formulation feels elegant and refined. I’ve used plenty of luxury lip products over the years, including products from brands that charge significantly more than this, and I think Revision did an excellent job balancing treatment benefits with everyday wearability. Is it a miracle product? No. Is it one of the better lip treatments I’ve used recently? Absolutely. For anyone looking for a lip product that goes beyond basic hydration and feels like a genuine skincare treatment for the lips, this is an easy five stars from me. It has earned a permanent place in my routine.

This is the best inside lip product that I have ever used. I say “inside lip product” because if you wear this outside and the wind blows your hair onto your lips, it is so sticky that you will have to pull your hair off your lips. But because of the texture, and the thickness, this stays shiny on my lips for hours and keeps them extremely moisturized. Also, FYI, do not wear this in the sun, your lips will burn.

The best hydration lip gloss that exists. It is thick and sticky, which I love. Only a small amount is needed. I apply it over lipstick as a gloss and apply alone for plumpness. It is great at night as a mask! I occasionally get filler, but find I do not really need it. It has helped my lips to stay full over the years. I use the clear. This is the one product I will not be without! Have used for 10+ years!!

I struggled over the rating to give this product (Revision Skincare YouthFull Lip Replenisher), because I hate it. The positive: (1) It's very glossy. (2) It plumps a little. (3) It's long lasting. I don't know how well it works on chapped lips (bought it this spring but didn't try it until this summer). The negative: (1) It's rather thick for day wear in public. (2) My lips look moisturized while it's on, but they seem dryer after it wears off. I don't see any extended benefit. The killer: It's so sticky I can't stand it. If it gets on something besides your lips, like a cup, it's hard to get off and will be transferable to other things and hard to get off them, for instance, your fingers. My husband (reasonably) complains. If you try it and you are, like me, a side or stomach sleeper, I suggest you don't put it on before going to bed the first time you try it because of the risk that it will get on your pillowcase. Ok, why four stars overall? It does do at least some of the things it promises. If you don't object to the stickiness, it should be ok. Partly because it's expensive, I have kept using it and intend to finish, or try to finish, the tube, which is currently about 3/4 used up. The more I wear it, the more I dislike it. Four stars is what my rating would have been if I'd quit using it after the first few days. I thought it better to explain fully than to rate it down because of my personal long-term reaction.

I’ve tried so many lip products to help my dry chapped lips. I ran out of my favorite product and was in the hospital for 5 days with a family member. Afterwards, my lips were in bad shape. I bought this in the Amazon prime sale and put this on. The next day, my lips were noticeably better and hydrated. After 2 days, my lips were back to normal. It has a nice cooling applicator and feels good on your lips. The only negative is that it’s sticky. Do not touch your lips… it’s hard to get off your fingers even with soap. This has now replaced my favorite lip product.

At 46, keeping my lips hydrated has become much more difficult, and this is honestly the only lip product that makes them feel completely moisturized. Even when other products leave my lips dry, cracked, or peeling, I can apply this and it always brings them back to feeling soft, smooth, and healthy. It has the beautiful shine of a lip gloss but feels much more nourishing and long-lasting. I never want to be without it!

Thick, refreshing mint feeling. I though this would a plumper or truly moisturizing but just feels more sticky than anything. Does not glide on at all. Not a terrible product, just isn't as moisturizing as I thought it would be.

Really love this as my going to bed and heal me overnight lip but it’s very sticky so I wouldn’t wear it during the day and I think $40 for a lip product is a bit presumptuous. It works but idk if I think it’s worth the $$$

Lips feels moisurised even after leaving rhe treatment on for 3 hrs. Can wear the treatment as a lip gloss too because its glossy and stays on the lips for hours unless u wipe it off.

Dejan una sensación de gloss muy pegajoso y es incómodo, sin embargo, si te lo pones antes de dormir despiertas con los labios hidratados. Para el dia mejor usa otro bálsamo.
