Great for building speed and precision punching
Don't be fooled by how simple this thing appears to be.It's a tennis ball on a string, yes. But correctly installed, this item becomes a highly effective tool for working jabs, formalizing touch, and building precision skill.I used it for a week and was able to discern noticeable improvement in placement and timing. 100% worth it.

Definitely a Fun Training tool.
After the first hour or so you will become proficient with this reflex tool. It really is for advance fighters who seek to increase speed and accuracy. If you should miss the ball which you will in the beginning 😆treat the miss as a block. You can become more productive in offensive strategies or more defensive tactics. Some people only wish to escape a dangerous situation. The tool will require patience, time, and focus.

String frayed and broke within a week.

Great idea but it lasted less than two weeks before it started fraying then snapped.

I never got to use it, but it's all it claims it is and more. It came with anchor screws too but I'm not sure why you'd want to install this on anything other than a beam.

Waste of money
Garbage... no instruction on how to install... what is the width (MM) of the screw when using an electric drill?
