Hi, We recommend using the cream twice a day or any time you start feeling dry or you notice little cracks when you look closely at your skin, whack out the hand cream and nourish yourself.

Hi. will this work for 60 year old hands with very thin skin & Veins showing on hands ?

I am 69 and had the same problem with protruding veins and thin, crinkly skin. I use this cream when I am inside and especially overnight, but I also use Retinol by Robanda when I am going outside, as it also has an spf of 15. My hands are always moisturized after washing or getting wet, one cream or the other. And my veins are no longer protruding! My hands, which were once one of my best features, are smooth and lovely again. Try them both and see. But keep your hands moisturized 100% of the time.

How does this work now that we are washing are hands and using sanitizer all day long?

It works for me...not too greasy but seems to help.
