Love this shower head! Had one where I used to live for 3 years, and when I moved I knew exactly what showerhead I was going to get. The showerhead is durable, looks cool and puts out a great deal of water pressure.

This is the second filter shower head we've purchased, and it's been a great solution for our college student who was used to soft water at home and really disliked the hard water at school. After installing this, they immediately noticed the difference — much softer, cleaner-feeling water, and it made showers way more enjoyable. The ability to order refillable filter beads is a big plus and helps keep the shower head working well over time. It’s easy to maintain and noticeably improves water quality. The only downside is that the shower head does eventually start to rust. However, we’ve found that it lasts about a year with regular use, which is acceptable for the price and benefits. Overall, highly recommend for anyone dealing with hard water!

We have hard water and this was a game changer for us. All you gotta do is switch out the beads and not even that often and you’re good to go would buy this product over again.

DO NOT BUY THIS!! Like a lot of people have been saying, my shower head came in a bag. I’m not talking about a USPS bag, I mean the equivalent of a freakin ziploc bag. I saw all the necessary parts, so I said “Okay, whatever. Must be how someone returned it.” Nope! I get it installed, used thread tape on every single possibly thread, used channel locks to get a good seal, but there was a MASSIVE problem. Like a lot of people, this shower head does a FANTASTIC job of power washing my ceiling, but that’s about it. It leaks HORRIBLY out of the “seal” surrounding the swivel point. My first thought was maybe I missed a spot that needed to be tightened, but no... the cheap plastic seal around the swivel point is missing a decent sized chunk out of it! There is 0 chance I’ll ever be able to use this with any hope of getting water on my body instead of my ceiling. To add insult to injury, the instructions that came with my ziploc bag of disappointment sounded like they were written by a toddler. Grammatical mistakes everywhere, and I’m pretty sure I read something about “water of enjoyment.” Whatever. The entire thing is in my trash, and it’s not worth the effort to dig it back out to try and get a refund.

It is mostly plastic and thin metal material. If it were thicker I think it would last longer. And not plastic. I love it other than that but it wears out fast
