There were no instructions, so I wasn't sure if I was supposed to use them all (I did). There were also no instructions on how much dirt to add to the tray. I filled up the tray (mistake), planted the seeds, and placed it on the suction shelf. It fell (could have been the cat). I refilled the tray with some of the dirt and seeds that had spilled, and had to fill another pot with the rest of the spilled dirt/seeds. They have all come up, but now I have no idea what's what. Also, as the sprouts come up, they push some of the dirt out of the tray. So don't use all of the pods at one time, save the dirt pods for another pot or another use. Moral of story: fill only half-way up with dirt.
