what is the difference between this and carbonyl elemental iron?

This directly effects and increases your Iron “stores” which is different then your iron levels where you would take a regular iron pill. People taking this product will typically take this and a typical iron supplement.

Is this a GMP product?

If your asking if it’s a GMO product, I don’t know because it doesn’t state either way. I have been using it for a while and from my blood work it appears to be helping me, albeit slowly but there aren’t many products like this out for what it it’s needed to do.
