OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Damaged threads before use
I want to start by saying: great customer service goes a great distance. I’m updating my review because of this.5 stars because of that!I was unable to use this product. The very top thread was damaged. Like a lot of people I had purchased this for the low cost.I’m sure I got one of the few that has machining defect.Today’s date 11/9/24 I was finally ready to use this puller for the first time on a motorcycle project. I bought this a month or so prior. I’m hoping to still get a refund since I was never able to use this.
