Update: Over a month and working like a champ. Weather is just starting to cool off, and it does just fine in the cold mornings as it did in the record breaking 99°F temperatures we've had since installation.Pump works great so far. It's been in for a week and gets warm when in use, but steady. Stays on for 30 minutes, off for 30 minutes all day long. Replaced a Fuji blower that was around twice as expensive. Seems solid. The connection pieces for inlet and outlet are soft plastic, which seem to work fine for my application. A 1" iron pipe fitting tucks neatly inside. You can change them out for what appears to be1-1/4 iron pipe.

Works well for my vacuum table.
