Luckily I can sew and I finished it so that my stuff doesn't fall through the lining. I also knit, and often bring a small project with me so that I have something to do durning long waits at school pick-up lines or extensive kid melt-downs, and I often found that I was carrying my knitting project in one hand, while juggling snack containers and toys with the other; it just didn't work.Enter the Joyson bag. This bag has lots of room for all the mom-duty stuff, the personal stuff, and my small knitting project, and still looks good. The three outside pockets are a bonus, as well as the decent but detachable shoulder strap, because I like to wear my bags cross-body when I'm walking around to save my shoulders, and it works great.My only wishes are that it came in a more fun color schemes, and that the interior was a fun contrasting color instead of dark brown. Whoever decided that all purses should be dark inside should be shot in front of a firing squad, because really, it must be a bunch of guys who've never had to search the depths of a purse for a dark canister of lipstick with a dark interior. I kept seeing this bag come up in my recommended items and I ignored it thinking it looks so good in the picture that it can't be that good in person given the low price. I finally decided to buy it just to see if it's as good as the pictures let on and just told myself I'd return it if not. Now I wish I would have gotten this a long time ago! It looks exactly like the pictures and is perfectly big and slouchy! I got the coffee color and its just gorgeous with the gold accents. It might be just a shade darker than the picture shows actually. I took off a star because the lining is very loose and the divider is useless since it just slouches and gets in the way. I ended up cutting out the center divider to have just one main compartment and it works much better!
