Behavior quit after a few days
We had a problem with the cats suddenly using our new loveseat as their pee pad so we've been keeping it covered with bed pads after running the carpet cleaner over it. Then we suspected our puppy peed on it twice and the cat(s) continued. So I looked into pet repellants and saw this on another website with 80% good reviews. The reviews were about 50% good here but I thought I'd take a chance, I had nothing to lose but $10. We sprayed to sofa and noticed the cat was terrified of the bottle as we walked past, tested it on the other cat and she ran from the bottle too. But the peeing behavior continued for a few more days. Then it discontinued. So it took about 3 days and the cats don't nap or pee on the sofa. Our GSD puppy doesn't seem to go by the sofa either. The scent doesn't bother us. It sort of smells like culentro or cilantro but not overpowering. At first we sprayed 2 or 3 times a day as we walked by. Now we spray before we go to bed. We've used about a half bottle so far and I got another one for backup. This curbed peeing on furniture. I did not need it for scratching of furniture. We got a stretchy sofa cover when we bought the loveseat and that kept them from scratching. The cover has been off during the soiling episode because we've had to wash the cover and pads constantly. But I haven't noticed them scratching either. Maybe eventually I can have a sofa that doesn't need any covering soon.

Neighborhood cats not deterred by this at all...
This has not worked so far. Been using it for a few weeks & the neighborhood cats do not seem bothered or deterred by this at all. It has a fairly distinct odor - not pleasant, but not disgusting either. But, it does not keep cats off our outdoor patio furniture at all. I hesitated to spray it directly on the fabric so as not to ruin it + the smell is not something we want to be sitting on. Going to try a different product...

It smells, but it's effective enough.
Some cats are repelled by it and some ain't. It's expensive. You can buy perfume for less, and some cats like that, too, and some don't. I wanted to keep my cats off the kitchen counter. Some stay off of it and some don't. Work on it. Noe.

works wonderfully with moderate application
This spray does work with my two kittens when I spray it daily. If I miss to spray the edges of my garden bed I'll find the two rascals sniffing and thinking about reestablishing a closer organic litter box. I found it most plant and kitten friendly to apply around the rocks on my garden, it works wonders. My only reason I had to knock a star down which might have been/have not been the sellers fault is upon unravelling the plastic wrap it became apparent that the spray had leaked and it got all over my clothes and hands. Not very safe for the buyer to be sporting a spray that is potentially harmful. If there was a better way to ship it so that it has minimal leakage then I'd be glad to put 5 stars. Other than that it works as stated and thank you very much.

Keeps the cats off my new truck!
So I don’t have a garage and I just bought a new-to-me truck and the neighbor’s cat “Buddy” loves to scratch his way to the roof of my truck for phase 1 of his daily grooming. Then he slides down the front windshield to the hood to wrap up grooming while sprawled out on the hood of the truck. Every morning (for 2 weeks) I’d come out to paw prints, scratches, and his hair all over the truck. After a lot of searching and considering motion detection sprinklers, high frequency devices, and spices, I found this stuff. It works GREAT. I bought a couple of cheap welcome mats from Lowe’s, glued some vent cover magnets to the underside of them to keep them in place in case of wind, then doused them with this stuff. I put one mat on the roof and one mat on the hood of the truck and Buddy isn’t happy. The first night my security video showed him jumping up on the front bumper, immediately getting a whiff of this repellant and literally bouncing back to the ground (unharmed of course). He didn’t even make it all the way to the mat before the odor did it’s job. He then climbed onto his owners’ car, where he should be. I just toss the mats off the truck in the morning and repeat the process each night. I think he’ll be broken of the habit in about a week. Well worth the price. I might get a backup bottle in case Buddy has a relapse into his old ways.

Worked the first 2 days
This worked great, the first 2 days, after that forget it.I paid too much for the results I got! I have 3 kittens, they all scattered the first day,I sprayed it on my sofa and chair.{I used it on the furniture each morning)The 3rd day,I caught them scratching the furniture as soon as the spray dried!I re-sprayed again, they sat right there and watched me!This time I sprayed so much, even my eyes were affected! The furniture was saturated! After 1 1/2hrs passed, the kittens were right back to scratching!I found a rolled newspaper slapped on my palm and a sharp "No!" is working better.I gave it a 2 star, only because it worked for 2 days. That is hardly enough to recommend this product.Maybe,if you had 1 kitten that was sensitive to the spray. Not mine!

but they all hate it enough to not go near anything sprayed with ...
This stuff really works. We can definitely see a difference in sensitivity between our three cats, but they all hate it enough to not go near anything sprayed with it. One of them (a siamese) hates it so much that he will attack the bottle and hiss at it if we leave it out. This saved our sanity at christmas with the tree and has saved many cords that they were determined to chew on. Smells a bit like cilantro. It's not pleasant, but it's not horrible and far outweighs the problems we had before purchasing it.

IT WORKS. MY CAT WON'T GO NEAR IT.
My male cat went through a period of urinating in various areas. (No, he did not have a urinary tract infection and No, he is not depressed in need of pet psycho-therapy.) Spraying this stuff works. He stopped urinating in those areas and I've gotten him to use the litter box again. It smells but it works. I recommend re-applying it and then dropping the cat in the area while saying no. I tried the organic sprays and they are worthless. If you want something organic that does not work then spray water. At least you'll save money.

NO SIRVE ADEMÁS DE CARO!!
NO SIRVE!! Ya tengo días ocupándolo y pareciera atrayente para gatos en lugar de repelente.... yo le pondría menos 5 estrellas.. no gastes tu dinero.
