I am not sure what the reviews on quality are about, but I got a great belt. Stiffer and more solid than my buddies buying other belts that were higher priced. In fact they ended up seeing mine and coming back to by this one. Just buy this belt and you can check this one off your list. After a year of hard use and about 20k rounds practicing and shooting matches, I will say that this belt certainly held up to my expectations. This is a semi-durable item and with as hard as it was used in the Production division of USPSA it was and still is a decent belt. I ended moving to the double alpha belt because it is even stiffer and I switched to Open which requires something that can deal with the heavier pistol I am using. Obviously this one softens up after hard use. Depending on how you are using it or planning to be involved in competitive shooting it might be the right belt, it certainly remains usable and the price is pretty outstanding.

I was surprised to see this quality. The holster and pouches fit snug and stay where you put them. ***Size chart was accurate. *** Buying this stuff sight-unseen can be a little scary, because you are relying on the written description and trusting that it will be correct. This one was a good purchase. I dont have a lot of gear to compare it to to be able to say which is best or better but this gear is sturdy, well made, functions as intended. I would say if you have a custom pistol or modifications to your pistol to reach out to the manufacturer for a holster made for your pistol. I got their basic race holster, I was surprised at the quality for the price I paid.

Leather was always my go to when it came to holsters and belts to hold them. But lately, the leather has been less than dependable when it comes to comfort. I tried several other leather belts, and then tried another nylon holster. They ALL FAIL TO COMPARE TO THIS!! I wear a 2nd Gen M&P 9MM and carry 2 extra mags at work, and standing most of the day is part of the job. My leg holster with a level 3 security holster was my current setup. But lately, it had been pulling down the belt no matter how many belt keepers I had or how tight I made the inner belt. But the B.S.G belt ( and Pro Comp Holster and mag holders ) are what I needed to be comfortable and yet keep some retention close at hand. The belt never needed adjusting during the day, and with all the movement I make during the day, it never moved. I highly recommend that if you need a nylon setup, go with this system! The ONLY drawback is there are no instructions as to how to set it up, mount the holsters etc. But, a few minutes of study and its well worth it now.

Stiff and sturdy, and works as it should. Put a weapon in a holster, mount it on the belt, and close it up just as it would be on your pants. Grab it across from the holstered weapon, and lift. It lifts the weight, and never bends. The inner belt fits my belt loops on jeans and cargo pants both with the loop side out. Then I take the outer belt, with my everyday carry equipment attached, and just wrap it aroung the inner belt and outside of the loops, too. It stays put. I don't think you can do any better, without it costing three times as much. I recommend it.

Just as a disclaimer, this is the first competition belt I have bought. I was going back and forth between this belt and more expensive ones, and I'm very happy with my purchase. It is stiff, and doesn't pull your pants down when loaded with weight. As far as sizing goes, I am a 32 in waiste. Measuring over my jeans, I am about a 33/34. I went with the large size belt, and it fits perfect. The only drawback I have, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars, is its width. It is advertised as a 1.5" width belt, but it is slightly wider, and my safariland 1.5" mag pouches wouldn't fit it.

High quality

I have more than a few competition shooting belts. Most are CR Speed belts. I needed another one because it is much easier to have a few rigs set up instead of changing your set up to shoot different handguns or classes. I saw this one and the price was much better than I expected. I assumed it would be of inferior quality because most times you get what you pay for. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The inner belt is much stiffer than all of my CR Speed belts. the outer belt is of the same quality and workmanship. And I saved $20. Gotta love that. I set up this new belt with my Limited 10 holster and mag pouches. It works great. So good in fact that I am ordering a second one to build a Single Stack rig. There is only one slight problem with this belt, when they coiled it for shipment it was rolled up the wrong way, so when I put on the belt it tried to curl off. So I rolled it up snugly the proper way and left it like that for a few days and it is much better now.
