how they keep something secure and what's the purpose of them locking

The steel plates allow the locking cleats to be installed. Both sets are required. The cleats have a keyed lock to prevent casual theft of the cleat

Will these fit 2020 F150 and can I use my existing cleats?

I m sure you can use the cleats you already have. I would think the bracket would mount to the bed of the 20 f150 also

Can I get keys for the tie down anchors? I traded for a 2017 f150 xlt ford 4x4 and the keys are missing for the anchors.?thanks
