All the inclusions were there and the product was well packaged in plastic cushioned by properly cut out foam cushioning which held the product suspended. An additional cardboard box, which fit snugly in place, contained the chargers for wall outlets, car charger and solar connections. The product was already charged to 76%. It took a little over an hour and a half to bring the charge up to 100%. I tested the product using a bipap machine rated at 65watts from 11pm to 6am and it had consumed 44% of the total charge leaving 66% for further use. By my calculations and what was told to me by the company, my 65watt bipap should have drained the generator in 8hrs. However, perhaps since the bipap did not continuously consume 65 watts, it lasted much longer.
