I could not be more pleased with this purchase. I was of course nervous to make such a big and expensive purchase online, without seeing the product, but all the reviews I read held true. Arrived as expected, in 4 sturdy boxes; I was impressed with the packing design, as all the pieces fit snuggly together in the boxes like a puzzle, so nothing arrived jostled or damaged. There were clear sets of instructions for each piece, and all the parts were labeled to match the instructions. I had a little trouble understanding how the incline seat pieces went together, but nothing terribly taxing. I would recommend that, while assembling, don't tighten any hardware until all of the hardware in a piece is assembled; I noticed that if I tightened each joint one at a time, that sometimes I would get to the last joint or two and the holes wouldn't line up well. Of course, this is not a con of the product, but moreso speaks to my knowledge as an assembler. I was impressed with how sturdy everything was, but yet still how light the pieces were for me to carry and move around until I figured out the design I wanted. The cushions are decent - I haven't used them long enough to know whether the sponge inside the covers will bounce back after a lot of wear, but they aren't uncomfortable, and I'm really impressed with how easy to clean the covers are. My cats have been climbing all over, and all it takes is a quick brush of the hand and their leftover fur (or debris from the neighbor's tree) brush right off. Haven't tried washing them yet, but from the feel of the material, it's kind of like a shower curtain or washable outdoor tablecloth, so I'm assuming it will likewise be easy to wipe down if needed. If I had to nitpick at all, there are only 2 things I would really want improved: 1. The suction cups on the table didn't really adhere well to the glass tabletop. I had to repeatedly press down to get any of them to stick, and then because the cups aren't secure in their vertical/horizontal location on the table (the wicker spaces have a little give), the suction cups can move a little if the tabletop is bumped. But that's kind of minor, as the glass is really heavy enough to stay in place (especially with a plant or other decor on top). 2. While I LOVE that most of the back cushions have straps to hold them in place on the non-corner pieces, I wish there was also some way of attaching the seat cushions, and the back cushions on the corners. Again, nitpicking, but it's not too hard to slide around if you don't know the cushions aren't attached, and if it's super windy the backs on the corner cushions can flip down.

I cannot tell you how pleased my family and I are with this 7-piece patio set! Everything arrived on time in 3 large boxes. We received 1 tracking number for 2 boxes, and the 3rd and final box arrived 1-2 days later. The directions make assembly a breeze. Of course, if you have an electric drill with a 6-pronged allen wrench attachment, that cuts assembly into a fraction of the time. Everything was square and there were no issues with missing or stripped parts - on the contrary, there were a few extra screws included which was nice. The furniture was pristine and had no dings or imperfections. Obviously, because everything is square, you should NOT completely tighten any screw on each piece until each screw is in place (this is generally a good practice). The furniture clips underneath really add an awesome layer of stability. The same is true for the straps on the cushions that attach to the chair backs. The color of the chairs and cushions was exactly as described and the pictures do not do them justice - everything looks great! The tea table is the perfect size and height, and the glass is a perfect fit and very sturdy - this was all really well packaged. The seats are comfortable for a long time, and the reclining piece is something I have NEVER SEEN anywhere else - great for propping up with a good book! As the picture shows, the possibilities are endless for seating arrangements. Right now we have the setup as 2 parallel sofas (see picture). When we bring out our fire pit, we simply move the tea table to one side as an end table and enjoy the fire right in the middle. Making s'mores is now a great family moment thanks to this set! I have to say, getting this set was our family's FIRST STEP to getting us more permanently outside our new home for outdoor cooking, family gatherings, and necessary yard work (ugh!). But we are outside, the kids are off the electronics and television, and enjoying family time and outdoor play! This set gets a 10 out of 10 from our family!

We LOVE this! The cushions are a little thin, but for the price I really can’t complain. The instructions were a little confusing, because we were sent 2 A3 pieces and the instructions only called for one and it also called for a B3 piece but we didn’t have that so we just used the second A3 and it worked just fine. The length is perfect and seems sturdy. It took us only about an hour and a half to put together (that includes the time it took unboxing it). Overall, we are very happy!

DOES NOT COME WITH RECLINING CHAIR AS ADVERTISED!!!! Spent 2 hours assembling and got to the corners and there is NO RECLINING CORNER as listed in BOTH THE DESCRIPTION AND THE VIDEO. The only reason I decided to go with this one versus any of the other ones was because of that reclining corner. Don’t fall for the same thing I did. I contacted. Amazon told them what happened and at first the only offer was to send it back and get a replacement. After spending two hours in the after spending two hours the Florida heat putting this together, that was not an option for us. I asked for them to simply send me a replacement corner piece with the recliner and that was unavailable. Amazon did, however offer to ship another full item and I could take the recliner out and then send the rest back, but I would have to bring it to a UPS pick up location as they will not pick it up from your house. This is the last time I order anything heavy from Amazon. After much talking and being referred to a supervisor, they were able to give me a discount and I decided to stick with just the couch without the recliner and tough it out until I can get something better down the road as I am unable to lift the 180 pounds. It is a Budget sofa just don’t expect to have all the pieces you need and if you don’t have all the pieces be expecting to suck it up and deal with it.

It’s not a bad chair for the price, but sometimes the soft cushion slides out from underneath while you're sitting, and your foot hits the metal bracket—which hurts—though it doesn't happen all the time.

Easy installation. GOOD QUALITY Comfortable seating. Definitely worth the money paid for.

My box came damaged, so I spent an hour trying to find all of the hard. Once I found all of my pieces, I set out all of the large pieces. Unfortunately, hard of the label stickers identifying the pieces were missing which caused a lot of confusion while assembling. The instructions are not user friendly. Once I got past the first few steps, I was able to decipher what all of the pictures were instructing as there are not written instructions. Assembling the entire set took roughly two hours. My kids put the covers on the cushions which took them an hour while I assembled. My husband got involved after I got frustrated that the tools (wrenches) provided stripped and became unusable. He pulled out our wrenches and between him and I, we were able to knock out the remaining assembly. The quality is great! They are firm and study and look amazing on our patio. I would definitely buy again, but wouldn’t mess with the provided tools. For the price, I would definitely recommend with a warning that you’ll need an adult beverage to keep your sanity while assembling.

Nice color, comfortable, shorter than I thought though but livable.
