I needed to add a reservoir to my convertible top hydraulic system. Without this, I was forced to remove the rear seat from my '02 Mustang and inject ATF into a cramped area at the pump. I now have a tank with a vented cap located in my trunk. No more removing the seat.Vented cap and lack of a screen element (not even sure why you want one) was certainly not an issue. I do not need a vacuum being created in the tank, this is a gravity system.You could drive a tank over this, I believe.
