Well, this is my 4th home gym setup. And trust me after spending lot of and trying different benches, this one i would highly recommend. Double better buuld quality in terms of bench and seats, as compared to what is available in 3in1 benches below 3K. Apart from it, it comes with very well built pulley system to complete your biceps, triceps, back and thighs workout.This single machine can make you to skip your plan to join a 1500-2000/month gym membership.Thanks Hash Tag team!

1) the marked 3 sections of the bench are completely useless, the leg curl section is so bad (poor material, thin rods to hold weight that is not even fixed with screws, short length of the arms and ultra low positioning of the joint mean u actually cant do curls or leg extensions even if u try) that it can actually cause calf injury if someone tries to do it on a regular basis, the chest fly section is flimsy and similarly bad, the twister added as a consolation prize is not recommended by any modern trainer or orthopaedic professionals2) the build quality feels shaky (light weight pipes were use so shakes are natural)3) the lat pull down works4) the barbel stand holders can be bent like tin by mild pressure of hand so safety of barbel is questionable5) when u buy it and get disappointed, if u want to return, u have to disassemble the huge rig, pack again in the same huge box on ur own, rent a mini truck to take to a courier service and send it back with ur own money, which they promise to reimburse once they receive the product back. It very difficult to repack once u have used it cause u can never really repack all the materials that u had to cut open with knife, that means u have to buy packing materials too.

Over all Good product if u are bellow 80kg and gonna do light lifting. If u can work ur way around. Not a heavy duty one. Skrews need washer to make sure it's all intact. Very lil shake over all, if u can workout with control.. need to add more weights in the fly or legraise holders2 make it sturdy.Lat is goodBench is decent fr bench press.Dips is good.Fly joints is literally waste of iron!Seat is a bit off and a bit flimsy.Not too pricy. Since l had weights.If u can work ur way with this product then it's a good buy. Atleast it was fr me during lock down.

Very good if you want to do gym in home... Enough for 2-3 persons, if you don't have gym nearby go for it... Value for money bcz, if you go for gym first payment will be 8-10k, in this money you are getting a whole gym

Bench seat is very shaking.. No grip for back while doing bench press cos of shaking. It might be better if given a iron support at back for seat. Sharp edges..

This product is not for professional its for beginners,even while doing workout it ll shake made with very low thickness materials the show image and products which we receive is not satisfactory and finishing of material is rough and worst.pull wheels and pipe are not what u think its very third quality material used for fabricating. so overall i am not happy with dis..and always while doing workout we ll feel fear when it ll break and fall on head.so a big zero.so i request other too thick twice while buying dis.

Overall very goodMaybe not suitable for heavy weight liftersI lift around 50-60 kgs and this is good enoughChest fly is useless. Other than that everything seems good for this price
