I do not see the ingredients soy or corn on the label.

Is this worth the outrageous price?

yes...I have been taking this for several years and it has helped me so much. I won't go into the details but I love this product. I was hesitant too bc of the price but well worth it. My Acupuncturist recommened it and said the best one around! Apparently price does matter for the CQ10! Designs for health make great supplements.. Try it for a few months and see if you like!
