Lo utilizzo nel diffusore programmando cicli di 30 minuti durante la giornata e soprattutto prima di andare a dormire. Il profumo è fresco e balsamico, molto piacevole e non troppo invadente. Effet relaxant immédiat
J'utilise des huiles essentielles depuis plusieurs mois et le ravinstara est très efficace ainsi que l'arbre à thé. Je l'utilise la nuit et le parfum n'est pas entêtant, l'effet relaxant est immédiat, le corps et l'esprit sont détendus. Il ne faut pas en mettre énormément pour que le parfum se diffuse uniformément dans une pièce, de 5 à 8 gouttes dans un diffuseur, ou 2-3 gouttes mélangé à de l'huile d'amande pour une application cutanée Pour les personnes qui souffre d'insomnies ou de stress, je recommande vivement !
