Excellent customer service
When my order was canceled for being out of stock, they took the time to email me to let me know when the next would be available and offered to set them back as long as I replied quickly. Most companies do not pay this kind of attention anymore so it definitely makes them memorable. Boots were great quality and I would recommend getting them.

Beautiful boots unfortunately they run small
These boots are beautiful but run small. I order my normal size 11D and they were too small so I sent them back and ordered 11.5D and they were still to small. So, now I will have to order a size 12D hope they’ll fit...

It fits small you have to buy a size bigger i have to return them but they don't send my refund 😒 and either the boots im sad to say this because i really love boots hope this helps you get a better fit for you ...
