Pretty awesome.
(2020 Gladiator) It's a pretty awesome stubby, great value for the money, well finished, stinger fits perfect. Installation was fairly easy since there's plenty of space for fingers and hands to move around. You can install the stinger before mounting the bumper but you'll need a person to help you with bumper mounting. I was by my self, so I mounted the bumper then the stinger. You actually have enough room to install all the bolts (4 per side)and use tools also. My only issue was mounting the Winch, my winch is 21.8" long so it hit the Stinger and the up curve were the winch plate end and start to point upwards. If you're winch is under 20", you'll be fine. All in all, great bumper, good quality and very sturdy.

Beefy
went on easy and looks great. was hesitant to go with anything other than smitty but this thing is beefy and awesome. people don't tend to stick around in front of me anymore. I wonder why? the only change would be to offer different color tow shackles. these are galvanized but that's boring. I painted mine red but realized I should have sand blasted them first. oh well, will do it again.

Looks great no defects tight spots
I noticed other people had quality control issues with defects upon arrival. My bumper was in perfect condition so I was happy there, I found installation relatively easy although I was replacing a different aftermarket bumper so had an idea what I was getting into. I was a disappointed to discover over my Warn 9.5cts winch did not line up to the mounting holes without bumping into the raised section where the stinger attaches. SoI had two options, use risers to raise up the winch over the bump (but now stinger is in the way so canโt use that part) or move the winch over a couple inches to the right and drill new holes to mount it there. I ended up moving my winch but now itโs not center so when winding up the line tends to bundle to the right but I can try to help it wind up correctly with my hand if there is no load. In addition to that, there was couple hard to reach areas are the screws for the fog lights ( I had my wifeโs tiny hands do it ๐) and the hardware for the front of the stinger bar. I recommend putting in the front bolts in before the outer side bolts because the bolts on the outer side make accessing the front bolt more difficult. I also bought hardware at home depot for the stinger , 8 bolts, 8 nuts,16 regular washers, and 8 lock washers. Washer on top to protect finish, bolt through washer and hole. Washer and lock washer then nut. In order to keep the washers in place before the nut I used masking tape and taped them to the underside of the upper part of the bumper, once the nut is on remove the tape and the washers canโt fall off then tighten everything up. Trying to work in hard to reach areas can be frustrating, after dropping my hardware a million times the above trick is what worked for me. Good luck !

Great bumper for the price
Pretty happy with this bumper. It was pretty well packaged, with both the stinger and bumper wrapped in foam and also with bumpers on the end. Good job on EAG part. As for the the install, I was replacing a steel bumper from Pavement Ends. It served me well, but didn't have a winch plate. So removing the old bumper was much easier for me than the plastic oem bumper. A couple of things to understand. This bumper will be very hard to install without a buddy. The placement of the nuts and bolts are such that you need someone to hold the bumper while you work the large bolts in. If you try to put in too many bolts on one side it may seem when you get to the other side that the holes don't line up. Not true. Get one of the bolts in on one side, preferably the interior one. Then get one on the other side. Hand tighten both of them. Then once you know the bumper won't fall off, get the other ones in. Another thing is with the stinger. Bolt the stinger in first, before trying to attach the bumper. You won't be able to easily get to the back of the bumper where the nut is afterwards. All in all, this is a great bumper for the price.

Interesting.
The installation on the bumper was very simple, but I did spray WD-40 on the old bolts the night before. The stinger rises about 2-4 inches above the hood, less then what I was expecting. The sturdiness is questionable based on the stinger is mounted by 6 bolts and the question is will it hold up to hitting a deer.. ๐ฆ

Solid bumper. Solid price.
Edit: 6 months later Great bumper. I have purchased a few items from EAG. They've all been good quality. Cant complain. I've used this bumper for off roading. And I've winched myself with it. It's done great. Very easy install. Only con is: When you ding the bumper up, and the paint gets chipped down to the metal. It will rust like any other bumper on the market. Make sure you check it over every month. Make sure no rust spots are starting. I'll sand it down or use a wire brush then recoat the bumper with black rust spray paint. The powder coat is hot garbage fyi. If you do any off roading. It will chip. And it will rust. I promise.. Be aware. The webbing on the stinger along with how high the winch sits does not allow air to flow well through the radiator. This can cause (and if you do some hard off roading) and will cause overheating issues. But only if u do a lot of off roading. I added a hood louver and transmission cooler to fix my overheating. But like I stated before between the webbing on this and the winch. It blocks the air flow.
