Love love love it! Thick, plush, and wool. Very soft underfoot and a beautiful bright green color to bring brightness into my boys room makeover. Before I bought this rug, I read the reviews and was somewhat concerned about the reports of shedding. I had also planned to use the rug in the kitchen and, because it was wool, was apprehensive about food spills. I can report that, yes, it did shed quite a bit at first. It still sheds a tiny bit but nothing that a quick vacuum doesn't cure. Inevitably, there were food spills. First, the rug is very forgiving about showing dirt. Second, for stains I used my Oreck Orbiter carpet cleaner...and the rug looked like new. I highly recommend this rug!
