Stay away from those. These larger canisters (about a foot tall and 3" in diameter) work very well. I've never counted the actual number of breaths one can take from one of these. It's complicated by the fact that you can use the lever release valve to release a lot or a small amount of air (oxygen), and thus you can really stretch the number of uses if you can. But there is enough in one of these for quite a few sessions using 10 or more deep breaths... perhaps more.
