Finally, a product that does what it claims. A lifesaver in my eyes
I cannot put a price on breathing. To me, it's priceless.....I am a 44 year old female who suffers from asthma and even though I haven't been diagnosed officially, I think I have the beginning stages of COPD if not already present. I use my asthma inhaler up to 20 times a day just to breath normally. I am going to the doctors next week, but I wanted to help myself breath better in the meantime and when I read about Oxygen therapy online, it peeked my interest. You can't just use one spray and be cured. I have used my can that I just received 10 times already today. I want to see how I feel and how much I really need. I am better than good.....I can actually take a deep breath and exhale better than before I took the Boost Oxygen. I feel so much more alert and I'm not tired. When you don't get adequate amounts of oxygen in your system, you feel sleepy. And that was me, every single day. I am hopeful that I can use this in conjunction with my other meds in the future to give me the best quality of life I can get. This is worth it and I would recommend this to anyone.

These are for intermittent use
If your on O2 Constant these are useful during a short term disconnect sub. If not on constant O2 an just need a couple of blasts now an then this is what you need. If you travel to far away place to climb those big mountains You should have at least 2 in your back pack. This is a quality product but the weightless full cans make people think their not getting what they pay for but once they learn the proper usage they learn they last quite long compare to others like it. They also don't have any taste or odor smells like some of the others also.

Large Canister Works Well
Note - we have also used the small canisters from Boost and have had lots of problems with the release value / push button on top of the canisters. Stay away from those. These larger canisters (about a foot tall and 3" in diameter) work very well. I've never counted the actual number of breaths one can take from one of these. It's complicated by the fact that you can use the lever release valve to release a lot or a small amount of air (oxygen), and thus you can really stretch the number of uses if you can. But there is enough in one of these for quite a few sessions using 10 or more deep breaths... perhaps more. Note the size, this is not something you can really take with you easily -- it's more for having at home, office, or in the car.

Handy
I tried this and didn't really feel much of a difference. I'll keep trying it to see if it works. Update! I've been using it and I'm pleasantly surprised how good it works. Follow the instructions and let it happen.

Very good value, very portable. Good for those who need an occasional boost.
If you occasionally need therapeutic O2 but don't need enough to justify buying or renting a concentrator, these are really handy. They weigh virtually nothing. I've had this size in my checked luggage on Southwest with no problem, and the smaller versions in my carry-on as well (although they don't have nearly as many "hits" in them) and no problems so far with TSA. Cheap (relatively), light and easily transportable...if you're like me and need to sit down and take a few breaths occasionally, try a 3 or 5 pack of these. Not for those who need add'l O2 all of the time or most of the time, but really convenient for those who need some occasionally. Put it in your wish list and keep checking back until you see a deal with no shipping, then order a bunch of them. Such deals come and go.

Getting a good breath of oxygen takes the edge off and allows ...
I have bought this Boost Oxygen at least 4 times. I use it to help with my migraines. Getting a good breath of oxygen takes the edge off and allows me to start the recovery process faster. I used to get horrible headaches and migraines going from sea level to 7,000 and 14,000 above sea level, now I take my can with me and enjoy the views from the mountaintop. FYI: You CANNOT fly with these. It is best to plan ahead and have them shipped to your destination. It is worth it! I have also given these to my parents who are suffering with breathing problems and trying to "catch their breath" doing things like climbing stairs. It has been a huge help around my house.

This product works
We had one of these oxygen bottles with us on a hunting trip two years ago. One of our friends who is 93 years old had a mild stroke and I am convinced that the oxygen kept him from having long-term side effects. I myself had a stroke this past January and my husband had me use the oxygen a few times, it seemed to help.

NOT OXYGEN PROOF BELOW
Went for jog. Monitor heart rate. Breathe in as much as you want from can. Heart rate stays the same. I think that speaks for itself. Also oxygen is cold. This is not. Final test. Light a stick on fire until glowing ember exists. Spray with canned air. No difference than with breathe. Plenty of youtube videos out there on what that should do in presence of 95% oxygen. This is canned air. This is a lie. Shame on manufacturer.
