One of my favorite things to use! I am 5'0 and 108 pounds and I wear this under a t-shirt and Nobody can see it. I wear it for walking to burn more calories and distribute the weight (since I also wear with a vest and ankle weights). I feel the difference/work it puts on my thighs and legs and it doesn't give me back or shoulder pain - so nice alternative for someone who can't wear a vest. The velcro is good and it's so thin, it makes it really nice to wear under a tshirt, etc and is comfortable. Super high quality. Love it!

Best weighted belt ever!! Your workout will improve drastically with this product. This belt is so thin in design, I can wear it under anything and no one ever notices I have it on. The fabric type is a moisture wicking fabric on the side that touches your body and neoprene on the outside. Right out of the cute bag, I noticed the quality of the stitching. The stitching is not only higher quality but a heavier thread. It also stayed that way after several weeks use which is a good sign in my experience, usually the cheaper stuff starts to stretch and come loose in that time frame. The other thing that really stood out to me is quality of the velcro and strong metal loop. You can tell just by picking up the belt and putting it on that it won't be falling apart any time soon. It's padded enough that I forget I have it on when I walk the dogs in the morning. The weights are small enough that you have a lot of control over the difference you feel when you increase the load. It's sturdy and well-constructed. The weights themselves are powder coated and flat like 4 credit cards stacked together. They are so easy to take out of the elastic flap. Not sure about the other reviewer, but my belt came fully assembled with all the weights inside. Maybe they changed their packaging recently.

I am thoroughly pleased with the W8FIT Weighted Belt. While it may cost more than some other belts, the quality absolutely justifies the price. I’ve worn it every day since it arrived during my 3–4 mile walks, and it feels great. The slim, weight design makes it incredibly comfortable to wear. This adjustable weighted belt ended up being much more useful for niche practical purposes than for traditional fitness use in my experience. The weight distribution and adjustability worked well enough, and when worn tightly under workout clothing it stays reasonably concealed and low-profile during movement. Most people are far less observant than we think, so if properly positioned under shorts or PT gear it generally does not attract attention. This can help you with the leeway of a few inches in military height and weight. Because the more you weigh the more inches you are allowed One thing I will say, though, is that I do not think this is especially comfortable for long-duration cardio or distance activity. Over time the belt tends to loosen somewhat, and I cannot imagine comfortably running long distances with it regularly without needing constant readjustment. For shorter-term walking, temporary weighted activity, or specific bodyweight-management situations, however, it can definitely serve a purpose. The construction itself felt acceptable overall, and the concept works as intended as long as buyers understand it is more of a situational tool than something most people would realistically want to wear for extended intense exercise sessions. Overall, while I would not recommend it for heavy long-term endurance workouts, it still works effectively for niche weighted-walking and temporary-use scenarios where adjustable concealed weight is useful.

Due to a diagnosis of low bone mass in my hips, my doctor recommended I wear a weighted belt. I picked out the one that looked the best online and hit the jackpot! It feels comfy, like a hug, distributing the weight so I hardly feel it. It is slim, form fitting without bulk on my waist. It comes with two extra half-pound weights I will add once I accommodate to the current weight. I did have a minor issue which was immediately resolved, even though I emailed after hours. I am now excited about readily addressing a situation that otherwise would have caused me distress.

This is an excellent and quality made weight belt. Much better than weight vests, and doesn’t risk back injury from wearing it. The belt can sit low on your hips, which give you a little swagger when you walk, or higher on your waist for firmer compression. I love it both ways, and definitely recommend it. It’s also straightforward to add or remove the weights. I highly recommend. .

I really like this belt. I needed something weighing on my hips because of my osteoporosis and this works well. I really like that the weights are removable so that I could start at a lower weight and work myself up to higher weights. Lastly, the quality is excellent. Everything is sewn well and I can see this lasting for a long time. It is worth the money. I am glad I bought the small size because the medium would have been too big even though it is adjustable. Apparently there were some issues with smell. I didn't notice any issues with the smell of the product.

Beautiful belt. Well made. Fits well. Seams are smooth and don’t scratch. It’s lays nice and flat and can be invisible under your clothes - so you can ruck without your coworkers even knowing! I had hoped I could just wear it most of the day in my office, but found that sitting in an office chair with a weight belt around my middle isn’t the most comfortable on my hips! I’ll stick to wearing it when I walk or run errands and get healthier bones while I’m at it. I’m impressed enough with this belt that I’m sure I’ll aim at purchasing more W8FIT products as I progress. Definitely worth the investment.

Heavy but you don’t feel it. Good for jogging, work out or just walks. Quite thin, can be hidden under the clothes. Love it!

Love it! So comfy. Using it for my daily walks, fits easily under Tshirt and no one can see it. Body feels well balanced while walking. No strain on back neck or shoulders.

The belt is not what I was expecting. It could be my fault. I thought the weights were flexible as my previous belt. I looked at this image and obviously misunderstood. I think it’s misleading though. It’s not comfortable.
