Worked well bending stainless steel frets for a refret on an older Washburn.

Works greay

This tool works okay, but it's designed a little weird. I would have liked to put it in a vise, but the handle is too long. Also, if you screw it to a bench, you have to mount it with the handle facing you instead of behind the frame like other designs. This makes it a little awkward to feed the fretwire. I have read reviews that say the handle is not attached strongly enough to put a lot of torque on it. I didn't have that issue, probably because I bend the wire little by little as I was taught. It's a bad idea to try to bend it in one go.

Worked great for one fret job. Began another one and found out that the central wheel that spins with the crank had seized up. Tightening the set-screw on the crank doesn’t help. Can’t radius fret wire if the wheel doesn’t move.

Worked great for the first use, the second time the threads on the crank handle stripped. It will work without a crank, you just have to shove it by hand

What good thing about it is it is inexpensive and will do the same job as more expensive models. I found some of the machining on it to be a bite crude.

Easy to use, sturdy materials and easy to mount and use! I recommend this fret wire bender 100%!
