A definite must read if you’ve found yourself on a twin flame journey. Especially good for newbies to the topic. I wish I had found this sooner.

This book was easy to read and understand. Her approach to explaining Twin Flames is simple, grounded, and with no Hocus Pocos. She is truly compassionate about explaining this challenging journey. A real Must Read, if you find yourself in this particular path.

Loved everything in this book! Confirmed so many things I've felt in my heart about my twin flame! She is afraid of something and won't discuss it with me! She seems to be running away from me! I know chasing doesn't help so I'm not pushing her for anything! Just trying to remain positive and patient hopefully she will return when the time is right! I like this book. It was simple and gave some helpful tips on having a healthy relationship with your twin. And also encouraging a lot of self love and highlights some interesting behaviors and offers healthy approaches.

This is more like a booklet, but very good one. She wrote with the downloads she got not only from her own experience but also the collective consciousness. I would write most likely same kind of message because I am indeed encountered a true twin flame connection. This connection put me on my solo healing journey for almost 3 years now, it is extremely hard and painful but also extremely necessary for me to transform to a total soul purified person who now receives so many blessings from the universe. She is very gifted, she got so many points correct, such as some twin flame probably will take more than this life time to eventually in union in harmony. It is dependent on how much dark and dense energy this twin needs to heal, some twins are both on narcissistic side, ( not all narcissistic couples are twin, let me make this clear), if so, one of the narcissistic person usually on a higher scale of the narcissistic, this person will have very hard time to come to his/ her right conscious to be right equipped for a true loving relationship. So this person might take more life times to come back to the earth to clear his/ her karma. So you should never wait, and true twin flame will not wait, we already spiritually wide opening and we know we must need to keeping ascend our own soul. Once you awaken, you cannot go back pretending that you are sleeping. I also really happy for her to say” for some people think twin flame is just the most romantic ultimate love story” is an injustice to people who is truly encountered this connection and has done unbelievable difficult spiritual awakening journey and eventually become great healer or spiritual teacher”. Nothing can be more true than this, I died in me and had to take off layer and layers of my old self, to drop all the ego and had to look at what I truly was to know how hurt my soul was, I was in the thick of healing for 3 years, living alone, no more any dating or jumping to the next man, I had to cut all what I was and what I was doing. I never know I have this strength to do this way if is not this pain caused by what I saw in my twin about myself. Now I become one of the best healer, the true healer is the person who has came up to the strength to truly healed her/ himself. Yes, me and him had the most beautiful connection, our couples therapist noticed our connection from the first visit. She kept saying “ you two have a very rare connection “ in many of our sessions. I am Chinese and he is American. What is true twin flame? There will be so many undeniable similarities between you. You don’t need to manipulate just to look like you two have “ so much in common “, you get terrified why the hell so many things you two are the same?! Even we are born in different countries. One thing I would say little different than this writer is that twin flame don’t need to mirror each other, or they don’t operate like narcissists with a codependent kind of way by “ mirroring each other” to create that false sense of “ soulmate “. Twin flame doesn’t need any effort, you just keeping noticing something or some way we think or do or our physical has so much similarities and matching like a laser cut precise. . Also the telepathy, I never had any capability to telepathically receiving message from others, but with him, it is simply scary. He knew we have a very unusual connection too, we both just didn’t know there is a name for it. When we broke up this last time, I moved to Texas, with two states apart, right before the thanksgiving, he sent me a gift o my kids’ home ( he doesn’t know the address of my Texas place because I cut him off blocked in every way possible). This gift is a nice cutting board with my name on the board, do you know eventually I realized that at the same time I bought a cutting board in Trader Joe’s even I already had one at my place! Yes. This is true twin flame, we both do the same thing think same thing even we are thousands miles apart without any contact. We both don’t do any social media, so we both can’t stalking each other that way. I am now living in my peace, I no longer feel that pain and no longer has desire for go another round again with him this life time. Because I know in my soul that he cannot healed like me in this life time, but he is definitely healing, but to love myself, to love him, I will not go back to be with him if he still not that highly healed. I am showing him that his soul deserves true love and respect by me staying in my power, staying in my soul’s mission. He will feel the energy shift, he will change as well. I truly hope we all heal, we all can eventually truly love. I will write a book too, twin flame will be part of topic in my book. Because how I came back from internal death, I have so much amazing things to share, to be part of the puzzle to help others grow their consciousness. I thank this writer gives a clear guidance about what twin flame is, because it is harmful and in-moral when some YouTube channels keeping using this name to make people mentally addicted to a delusional fantasy , to forgot their true purpose in their own unique path. Twin flame is NOT some rose colored romantic “ simply easily together forever “ thing, it is about awaken you in your soul and put you on that healing journey most likely we all don’t want to do. It is too scary, too painful and too hard, carol young said” people will do whatever it takes to avoid look at their own soul”. This twin flame journey makes you have no place to run and hide, you are meant to taking on an extraordinary hard task for your soul. I thank this writer again, for well explained what exactly the true twin flame is.

I would give ONE star, but that would not be fair, even though the book is really tiny and it hardly can be called " a book", it has some good information, but the real problem was the chapter "Does this only work in Cis-Hetero Relationships?Those are the words from that page:" I prefer this book to be as gender-neutral as possible. I do not want anyone who does not identify with those pronouns, or non-hetero couples, to think the twin flames path is not for them because of the use of those pronouns"To me, this was the end of it. Someone who writes something like this in the book about Twin Flames is not someone I would read. If you want to be "politically correct" and satisfy everyone, you are not to write about such DEEP subjects. But I read it till the end, as it only takes 15-20 minutes and It does have some good info on the subject, but of course, there is no depth or real wisdom in it, as you can find in other books on the subject.

I was definitely led to this book and I’m so glad that I read it. Thank your for the clear, open, honest and very helpful definitions and explanations.
