This is an outstanding product. (I only wish they could get the prime shipping figured out at Amazon as it arrived leaking in the bag, but I’ve never had issues when it comes directly from the DB company or one of their independent retailers.) I applied it over a light colored pink DB chalk paint with a slightly dampened applicator sponge onto a primed and textured wood trim surface, and it went on like silky butter. There was no change in the paint color underneath and it leaves soft, velvety smooth, matte clear finish. Just go slow and with thin coats and it will be flawless. Dries relatively quickly, too. Highly recommend it!

I used this on a noodle board I made for my stovetop. I used a chalk paint and wanted to protect it but didn't know if regular polyurethane would ruin the paint. It's consistency is like water, so I wasn't sure about the coverage, but it went on smoothly. I did two thin coats, it dried relatively fast so I had them done in less than two hours. The directions do say to let it sit for several days before using any cleaners on it, I simply wiped it down with a wet cloth. There is no yellowing so far, but it's only been about 10 days. I used a brush to apply it, so there were brush marks, but nothing blatantly visible. This is a decent protective covering for any arts and crafts project. I'd buy it again and probably will.

This is my go-to sealer for all of my decorative painting projects. The resulting finish is very smooth and durable and I love that it is water-based.

This product worked perfectly! I tried a different brand at first but it dried with streaks. This went on very smooth, no smell and dried quickly without any issues. It has a subtle shine to it which was perfect for my project. Loved it so much I bought another one for future projects!

This saves me so much time when I seal my projects. No more wax on wax off and buffing for hours. THis goes on easy and smooth.

The packaging is very thin. The lid is difficult to remove. Those 2 things combined make opening challenging.

I am very pleased with the quality of this product. I made a table, stenciling the top. I needed a subtle, durable & reliable coverage. This provided that, not altering the finish on the stencil. I was very impressed, as was my husband, who is an experienced woodworker.

Extremely easy to use! No strong odor whatsoever. It took me around 30 minutes to do my table and chairs. I bought the semi gloss and it’s the perfect amount of sheen. Applied one coat, product took overnight to dry. Would recommend!
