This product worked just as others claimed. I have a 7×3×3 pond with 7 feeder goldfish in it for now. With the pump doing so well I feel confident in getting some koi. It was a smidgen difficult to put together but only bc the directions left a little to be desired. Once it was in the pind it was a matter of hours before it was clear. Very easy to clean the filter and I love the fountain with different heads for flow options. Would highly recommend, so far so good.

VIVOHOME is a great company in regard to helping the customer and making sure they are satisfied. They are extremely busy on the phones but they are very excellent in calling me back to address my issues. I have to say they are very impressive about customer service. I will write a review later after I had some time to use the product. But for now they are Great in Customer Service and in trying to help me. I really do appreciate all that they have done. 5/22/2026--> My Pond has now become clear. It took a while (about 1-2 months, because my water was a very thick pea green soup. But with constant cleaning of the unit : The Filter and Biofilters, and the casing and Pump and UV light casing, with Pond water as many days as possible during the week, it finally turned the corner and became clear. Lots of muck still at the bottom which I plan to clean up another day...but for now I am very satisfied with the performance of the VIVOHOME 530 gph Pond pump/filter unit. It is doing its job...very well.

Two years I left this thing in the pond over winter. Froze solid both times. Still works great

The filter has a pretty good flow, it puts out a lot of water, but I don't like that I cannot turn off the UV light. The only way to run the filter without UV is to remove the UV bulb entirely. It's not too difficult of a process, but it's still a hassle when there could have easily been a separate power cord with a switch for the light. It's not always a good idea to run UV bulbs full time, especially in smaller ponds. I'm using this in my indoor goldfish pond, and I don't have a lot of algae so I don't want the UV on full time. Other than that, it's a pretty good filter. It has a good amount of bio media, which is nice, and the sponge is large and does a reasonably good job of catching debris. It's not the easiest thing to clean though. You have to hall the whole thing out of the pond, unscrew the spout, and unclamp the top before you can get to the sponge. Don't forget there is a small screw that comes factory installed that keeps the top on! You must remove that the first time you open it up. I see no reason to put it back in though, the clamps hold it fine. Anyway, all in all, it does a pretty good job.

A great little unit. Needed a new system for a small outside turtle habitat and so far so good. Cleaned it for the first time and very easy compared to the previous unit I had for a few years. Water feature is great - but can be a little aggressive for a small habitat like mine. Would definitely buy again.

Love this fountain!!!! I’ve only had to clean the pump itself and my stock tank once in 4 months. Even thought the thick of pollen it’s kept my water clear and pond nice and clean. Sounds so peaceful and a good length cord

Don’t buy, it’s hard to open, the UV housing and pump is connected together and burned out together after 3 months. Pump tube opening fused to outside plastic housing, hard to clean, take apart-which you can’t bc umbilically all 3 pieces tied to each other. I’ve had a pond for years, only bought for the “cheap uv part, this is the worst worst piece of cra—p!

works awesome! Lots of parts but its easy to clean. i like the versatility of being able to set the depth and angle of the spout. my pond went from green and algae filled, to crystal clear within the week, so the filtration and UV light work great! would recommend!

Very good pump and filter. Does a good job and the result is clear water in pond.

The filter didn't do much after running for a whole day. I started to investigate why. One reviewer noted that only part of the filtered water goes through the ultraviolet light. I thought that could be the reason why my algae wasn't cleared. I found an inlet hole hidden under the inlet pipe before the pump. I blocked that hole with tape. Doing this reduces water flow but forces all filtered water to go through the ultraviolet light. This mod worked nicely. The algae was killed effectively. My muddy tank cleared within half a day after my mod.

Just got my new UV filter Pump today. The pump working perfectly with 2 outlets The only thing is is that I’m not sure if the UV light is working, I don’t see any light from the little windows on top, just hope the Amazon delivery guys didn’t broke it. I send a message to the compagny , will see if we can fix the problems or if they will have to send me a new UV lamp to remplace the actual one they send me.

I have used this in my small pond for several years and it is excellent! I do need to know if replacement parts are available as the top piece has cracked. It is the slightly tapered piece that the sprinkler heads fit into.
