Best vitamin I have found that is liquid filled for fast absorption!
The best vitamins! Love the quick absorption, and the awesome mix of vitamins is fantastic! I have definitely noticed a difference in my overall health.

Green Without Herbs - Yay!
I like the idea of there being greens in these multi vitamins without there being a bunch of herbs in them that will conflict with my medications. One of the capsules broke open though and there is goo that smells like fish oil all over them. When I put them in my med grid my hands smell like fish oil and they taste gross to swallow. Nonetheless, I think they're a great, well-rounded vitamin and will continue to use them. I'm just hoping the next batch doesn't get shaken too hard and they don't break open again. All in all, I believe it's a great product.

Several capsules broken.
Irwin naturals is top quality. The problem with this was several capsules were damaged in shipping leaving fish oil residue all over the others.

Two months worth and B12 is Methylcobalamine (instead of Cyanocobalmine) ...
Two months worth and B12 is Methylcobalamine (instead of Cyanocobalmine) and Vitamin E is d Alpha (Natural). Will probably make this my new multi. Update: the batch I got had a very fishy smell and taste. Exp date was fine. The product I sampled before this purchase did not contain iron and did not taste/smell fishy. Don't know what that would have to do with the smell / taste though. I keep them in the fridge, but they still smell.

Smells Fishy
I ordered this product twice. The first time no issue but the second one started smelling so fishy shortly after I can't stand the smell of it and have had to throw it out. I don't know what the difference is but I won't order this again. The fish smell is too awful, you can't even get it off of your hands!

Liquid gels absorb quickly.
Easy to take and doesn't cause stomach upset. I've been taking them over a year.
