Enviromedica Grass-Fed Beef Bone Marrow Supplement, Collagen, 120 Ct

I started taking this about 3 months ago after getting dental surgery done and also because I had a baby which uses up a lot of our stores and can affect bone health/ oral health.I always wait about 3 months to really see how I feel about a product and I have noticed that around month 2 of taking it my nails got way stronger. They were easier to break before but not they grow quickly and much stronger. I’ve also noticed some positive changes in hair growth. It’s definitely something I plan to keep taking for a while. I trust the quality and like other products the brand makes like their desiccated liver or the organ complex.

I started taking this supplement due to teeth and gum issues from having an auto immune disorder. It has really done it's job. My teeth and gums are much healthier. Also my hair and nail are healthier too. This has all the natural minerals and vitamins which are much better that multi-vitamins. Also I like the fact that they do not use fillers like others brands.

Bone marrow is a very good source of nutrition that most people no longer get, me included. I didn't even know about the health benefits of bone marrow until a few short months ago. When I saw this supplement available for review I wanted to try it. I think it's very good, and very high quality. I just can't deal with taking 4 capsule of it each day. I will have to bust them open and pour the contents into soups or something. I have other forms of bone marrow supplements that I like better such as a thick gravy kind that is already seasoned and all I have to do is spoon it into a casserole, meatloaf, soup, etc.... and stir it in before cooking it. And I have a bone marrow supplement that's chocolate flavored that I can mix up in a smoothie. All are good forms and if you have no trouble swallowing pills or capsules I think this would be a great choice.

My gums aren't in the best shape, I have Autoimmune disease and that really messes with your teeth and gums. I brush like crazy everyday but noticed couple months ago I was actually losing bone mass. So I'm taking these to help replenish bone loss. I know if you're low on nutrients your body will take them where they can find them so naturally bones and teeth start to suffer from that. I've only been on these pills short time so I will come back as I see difference. They do feel better so that's a plus

The only other brand I've found that matches Ancestral Supplemets quality. Cheaper too which I appreciate.

These supplements don't upset my stomach or anything. You do need to take them for 3-4 weeks before you will feel the results - that's true for most supplements. I like the high quality ingredients.What I don't like is taking 4 of these a day.

I use this for nutrient supplement and it helps with some of my pain from shoulder surgery. I use the liver and the organ complex as well and i have had good results with healing up. I also see my hair and finger nails grow faster .and it fits in well with my keto diet .

I’m using this product for meniscus regeneration. I had a 4mm cut as per MRI. Yellow bone marrow controls cartilage and fat processes. So, having bone marrow pills everyday for 5 months helped me big time. My knee is no longer swollen and I can run again
