These bibs are very well made. Pockets are in the right places, the fabric is really quiet as are the zipper and closures on pockets. I like the full side zippers and front zipper that let you wear these bibs comfortably on still hunts below 35F. You do not want to pack those in since they do not compress to a small size but I am always wearing them to start out and use the venting as described when walking. I am 6'2" 195 pounds and got an XL. First I thought it was a bit big but after using it a few times I like that I got it a bit oversized. In warm weather with zippers open the bibs stay cooler with the loose fit and they are big enough to let you layer for cold weather. The coldest I have worn them was 10F with just a thin long john underneath and I kept nicely warm in them. The fabric is soft and quiet and light rain with the fanatic bibs and Jacket are no problem. The only downside they have is that they pick up plant seeds/tacks that you will have to pick off once in a while.

It has taken me many years to finally break down and order these. The price is ridiculous, but worth it. The weather in northern Missouri can get to zero and below with blisteringly cold winds. I was tired of being miserable during those fridged hunts, so I splurged. I knew they would be warm but I really dint expect to fall in love with the functionality! Sitka thought of everything in the design. Leg zippers that go to your hips, multiple pockets in each thigh, including one that is designed for your phone, open access to your pants pockets underneath and these super cool pockets over your belly to warm your hands. Plus theses are so quite!!! If you hunt in conditions below 32 degrees, these will change your experience, guaranteed! Finally, I used them in temps as warm as 42 degrees and was surprised that I didn’t get too hot.

Sitka makes superb quality hunting gear. I’d rather spend a little more on quality products to use for many years than low quality. These hunting bibs are extremely warm, comfortable and quiet in WI late season hunts. With a set of UA base layer, very warm. I highly recommend.

Just got the fanatic bibs and jacket…thought I’d try it and sit outside in 26 degree weather (perfect Michigan weather by the way). It’s been an hour and it’s feels as though I should be drinking pina-coladas out here. To say that the fanatic set up will keep you warm is an understatement….a more accurate statement would be: “Sitka Fanatic set up, never pay for a heating bill ever again”. I mean….is hot guys, but like pleasantly hot. No one, I mean NO ONE other than Sitka should be allowed to make clothes that are meant to keep you warm. I don’t want anyone complaining about the price either…saying: “I can do this all day” to winter weather is priceless. How is the camo you ask? Great…wife couldn’t see me, dog couldn’t see me…..stealthier than the IRS taxing your paycheck. Buy it!

Without a doubt, these bibs paired with the Fanatic jacket are the only way to hunt frigid Wisconsin late season temps and wind. I've tried all different kinds of layering systems but have never been able to sit more than an hour in sub zero temps. I received these in time for the WI rifle season and have since hunted -17 wind-chill and was able to comfortably sit in my stand for 3.5 hours without a chill. The real struggle is making sure that all your vents and zippers are open on the walk out or you WILL overheat! I wish I would've bought them sooner.

Nice and warm in the single digits, but oh so noisy. Had I known it would have been so noisy, I would have held out and shopped from another brand.

Purchased these bibs because i already own alot of sitka gear and was needing a piece for white tail hunting to keep my lower half warm & dry and the fanatic line is the way to go as far as mid to late season goes. There form fitting which i love and there very warm and comfortable also "quite" is a big factor for me and these fill that gap. For anyone looking to upgrade your gear to higher quality pieces of gear, your gonna pay for it but as the old saying goes- "You Get What You Pay For" and this is exactly it...SITKA
