Great pain relief
Effective and great value for money. A bit slimy, but that's normal across the other ibuprofen gels I've tried. No strong odour and dries very quickly.

Amazing for stilettos!
I COVER my feet with this before wearing heels and it is incredible. I'm a wet blanket when I comes to heels but this is an absolute game changer. It reduces inflammation and numbs your feet, so I can wear heels all day without discomfort. It's slightly tacky when you apply but dries quickly.

Small 40g tube but it works for my swollen knee pain
I ordered this after suffering with persistent joint flare ups in my wrist and knee , I'd been using an unbranded ibuprofen gel that didn't seem to be working, so I thought I'd give this Max strength Nurofen pain relief gel a whirl.I can definitely say there's been an improvement after using this , it soaks in well too and i find you don't need to rub as much in for it to make a difference and there's no unpleasant smell like with some cheap gels, the tube is really small at 40g for just under £6 though so it's not the cheapest.I think I'll definitely purchase this gel again rather than pay for the cheaper unbranded gel, this 10% max strength makes more of a difference to the pain in my knee, it's just a shame it isn't slightly cheaper or the tube isn't bigger but it's definitely making some kind of difference so I'm pleased i purchased it.
