Disappointing product
We have been ordering this product for a year now and we were very happy with it. But the last two delivery has left a lot to desire. The two packets were tied with a string. No Amazon wrapped packing nor was there any invoice. The delivery person demanded ₹10/= extra from the ordered price and we were compelled to pay since it was urgently needed. We had called and complained but no action has been taken so far in spite of a 3 days solution promised. The quality was also not as good as previous orders. There was a leakage issue. Very disappointing service from the supplier and Amazon for the non follow up of the complaint.
