Fit for purpose
These are not very sticky, but they held the wrapped plastic ware and napkins together.

Flimsy paper and not sticky
I would not get this color again. The paper felt cheap and thin and actually the red color wasn't even a good solid color. Didn't feel very sticky so the wrap kept coming loose. I have gotten another color and the quality was better.
