Would these help keep squirrels and birds away?

I have not found these to keep birds or squirrels out of my garden, but they do add beauty to the garden. They are a gorgeous focal point , that anyone going by always remarks on.

where are these measured to ?head - wing or ?

Not sure. Approx 3.5 to 4 ft tall and wide. They need some room for that wing span.

I think i received 2 duplicate wings. they are both going into the body in the same direction. can you help me? is there a phone number for help?
