Does NOT work on induction.
While an induction cook top will "see" this pot, the magnetic area is so small that I was unable to boil a half pot of water on it using a Bosch cook top. Also the fit of the lid was poor.

Love it. Works great on my induction cooktop. Water is boiling as fast as a microwave. Well designed.
