Great product to reduce scratches. I had a scrape with a column on a painted plastic part around the wheel arch and the compound has made it very difficult to see the damage and removed most of the scratches. Firstly cleaned the scratches with methylated spirits and water to remove paint that was exchanged onto the car. A few scratches were deep, which were deburred with a hand sanding of 3000 grit wet. Then applied 8-9 applications of the Carfident compound, buffing back with a micro fibre cloth between applications. Each application reduced the scratches further. Applied 303 protectant to finish. Very happy with the purchase and I would recommend it. Thank you

Someone scratched up the whole back side of my car in the shared garage in our apartment and denied it. I was pissed because it was the second time these people have “touched” my car. I was going through all these options on how to possibly remove it. I decided to get this brand after doing a ton of research and it actually worked. I cried I was so happy. It has no odor. It’s a creamy formula like toothpaste. It comes with a small yellow buffer scrubber. You don’t need a drill bit I recommend buying extra pads if you decide to use the whole bottle. The scratches on my car were finger nail deep but not deep enough where it would be auto body shop work so this luckily worked. I’m so happy. I found other scratches on my car and my relatives are excited to try it out on their cars too. I’m attaching photos so you can see the before and after. There’s some reflection on the after photo but the whole back is totally smooth no decoloration. The scratches are basically gone!
