What a great price for the amount of herbal tea you get. It's absolutely loaded up with tumeric and ginger. The black pepper and cinnamon is less potent but it does add some spiciness. On its own, it's very earthy and peppery but it can get a bit dull when consumed daily. If you add a teaspoon of powdered ginger root to it and a cap full of raw apple cider vinegar, this will be one of your favorite tumeric drinks. I absolutely love it. Gives me a really warm feeling in my stomach and a little kick of energy.

At first, I wasn't crazy about the flavor. We drank it nearly every day anyway. I skipped for two days this week and I can already feel the difference in my joints. The flavor has grown on me, I like it now. It's strong because this is strong medicine. I'll buy more soon, we've almost finished this giant 1 lb bag.
