Is this a top fixing toilet seat?

You secure the toilet seat at the back underneath the toilet pan.

Does this item have sta-tite fixings?

This model does not - it has plastic wing-nut fixings - but is easy to fit and has not loosened. Confusingly there is another more expensive Bemis Chicago seat (with chrome hinges and slow close) which does have statite fixings.

Can you use anti bac cleaner on the loo, l am aware that bleach is not advisable.

I use an antibacterial cleaner but I spray it onto a cloth rather than directly onto the seat itself. I then rinse off and have not had any problems.
