Is the product shipped with a cold pack?

Hi CL,Yes we do ship ALL refrigerated probiotics (from all manufacturers) with an ice pack and in an insulated thermal bag. We do have to add $5 to our sales price to cover the supplies and extra weight (which is already reflected in our listed Seller price). Furthermore, we use USPS Priority Mail which takes 1-3 days to arrive. Any probiotic received from the manufacturer with ice packs, are stored in refrigerators and shipped as described. Is this product mushroom free?

While none of the ingredients in the product are derived from mushrooms, because we do not test the final product for the presence of mushrooms we are unable to give you an absolute guarantee that it is Mushroom Free. (Unless we test a product specifically for the presence of mushroom, we do not label it as such and therefore it cannot be relied on to be Mushroom Free.)

If you ship these with a cold pack, why do numerous reviews say the product arrived warm or hot? i will only order if they will arrive cold.

Generally How long do they last in the refrigerator before they expire?

This product has an expiration date of 1.5 years from the date it is purchased, if kept in the refrigerator. I just purchased a new bottle and it is now Sept of 2019, and the expiration date on it is March of 2021.
