Q: Is this strong enough to launch 1/10 scale RC monster trucks

Strong enough- YES Ideal solution- NO This IS strong enough for an RC car, however, its not my first choice for jumping. My issue is that the angles are not optimized for RC jumping. They give more vertical air than horizontal distance. One side is a vertical jump which launces straight up which means that your car may potentially land on top of the ramp. I heard that some people were able to back flips though. The less steep side is OK, but I wish it were a little less steep so that I could use it to jump over obstacles. Problem is that it gets height but not much distance. Still loads of fun though. Second issue is that this is VERY lightweight, so it will tend to slide unless its anchored. Dont bother using indoors unless this is duck-taped to the floor. Outside, you will probably want to anchor with a brick or something else. If you hit it perfectly it wont slide, but if you hit the ramp at an angle expect it to slide over a bit. Also its JUST wide enough to launch a true 1/10 scale car, so you need to have perfect aim. With that said it a LOT of fun. I have someone put their foot on one side when launching (for stability) RC cars and its tons of fun. Just dont compare this with the $100+ launchers that are made for RC cars. If they made one with the correct angles for RC cars, I'd buy five more of these.
