Great Games. Very nostalgic for me.
I picked this up mainly because it included Burger TIme. I have not been disappointed. Many hours of my childhood were spent playing Burger Time on the Colecovision with my family.I highly recommend this cart for people who remember the classic arcade or Colecovision version from the 1980's.

A fine collection of some not-bad Data East home console ports.
This is a fine collection of some okay to not-bad home console versions of famous Data East games. You get the NES versions of Burgertime, Bad Dudes, Karate Champ. It's got Fighter's History, which I appreciate, and Bump 'N Jump. All of the games are fine and work as they should, but if they are gonna put NES ports of Data East games on here, why did they leave out Karnov? Karnov for the NES is an excellent game. They should have replaced Side Pocket Pool with Karnov. Also, why is Joe and Mac 2 on here but not Joe and Mac ONE?These are just nitpicks. This is a quality cartridge for the Evercade. Get one with your Super Pocket.

Great cart for a really good handheld system.
Great selection of old nes beat-em-ups. Some of my faves here. The Evercade is a pretty good portable system for playing classic games. The Dataeast cart is one of the best for it.

Home computer conversions
These are home computer or console games, not the arcade versions. So they aren’t as good as they could be.

Excellent pack
For the price this is an excellent value. Home ports also work surprisingly well on a portable device.

The best collection of Data East console classics available
Let's get things out of the way first: No, these are not the arcade originals. Everything here is the version which was released on one of three consoles: NES, Super NES, and Genesis/Mega Drive. However, with Blaze announcing that Evercade is getting Arcade games next year (2021), I feel like it's a good opportunity to contrast the versions if they make a Data East arcade cart.Anyway, this is the best you're gonna get, at least as of this writing, of Data East's home ports and original releases. Why? Because all of the other Data East home game compilations have been single console only. NES or Super NES... I don't think there's a Genesis one yet. I have a couple of them for the Super NES, and although I very much enjoy them, they are essentially just sticking previous releases of the same console behind a nifty menu.I also didn't grow up with any of these titles' arcade versions, save BurgerTime and Fighters' History. I didn't play Bad Dudes in the arcades until at least 10 years after I got it on NES, and I've only ever played Two Crude Dudes' arcade version on the Wii compilation disc. While the arcade versions are by and far the better ones, there's an instant wave of fond remembrance upon booting these versions of the titles up. Plus, sometimes there's enough difference between versions of a game to make them all worth playing. So yeah, while not my favorite versions of some of these games, and also not my favorite Evercade cartridge, it's a worthy addition to my collection and I'm very glad I have it.
