Does the glitter fall off the purse?

there is no glitter...just leather

Can this fit in a jeans pocket

Depending on how deep your front pocket is. Regular cut jeans it should fit. But for low waist jeans it may not. This purse will fit credit cards, bills and coins. If filled too much it can get bulky. If you can put it in your jeans front pockets, sitting may feel awkward. I hope this helps.
