Rival Roundhouse XX-1500 Red Blaster - Clear Rotating Chamber Loads Rounds into Barrel - 5 Integrated Magazines, 15 Rival Rounds

This is a great toy but I gotta report that it's pretty difficult to cock-back the slide for reloading. My teenage son and husband don't have a problem but I bought this for my 7 year old and, despite being a tough little guy, he struggles to pull back the slide. Even for me it requires effort. So that's just a thought when you're trying to consider who you're buying it for. Luckily I bought one of their automatic ones so he plays with that constantly but this one sits unused for now.

I am really enjoying this blaster a lot! It is larger than a Kronos of course but considering it holds 15 rounds compared to the Kronos’ 5, the moderate increase in size isn’t bad at all. It’s the same length as a Kronos, just wider because of the round chamber and the guard which sticks Putin front of the handle makes that area larger. It hits with the same power one expects from the Rival line but priming can be a little more difficult for some with smaller hands. For adults and older teens it isn’t an issue but for younger kids it can be a hassle. This is the case with other Rival blasters so this too is expected. Accuracy is pretty decent. I find it on par, though harder hitting, with the considerably smaller Knockout. Loading is very similar to the Artemis and Hades; slide back the ‘cover’ and load 3 rounds into 5 chambers. The rounds once loaded don’t fall out as they are a tad larger than the opening they are being squeezed into.Overall, a great new addition to the Rival line. As with the recent Takedown, I wish they would have made the priming handle ‘grip pier’ or a little more contoured so your hand grips into it better while priming but nonetheless this is a great blaster for the price. Get it and enjoy!

It is an awesome Nerf product. However, there is a video review out there stating it doesnt hurt as much when hit with this product. It hurts and leaves welts. Product fires at about 90fps. For parents thinking it can be used by younger kids, this prodcut is for older kids that can handle the sting. Dont buy the knock off "cheaper" rounds. Buy the official Rival rounds. It takes a few trials to get used to the cycling of rounds, recharging/reloading, trigger squeeze. Overall, awesome 5 star product.

This item holds 15 rounds and is a good value for the cost. Easy to reload and fire. It sometimes has issues with the internal feeding mechanism rotating and putting another round into the chamber. It will sometimes get stuck priming halfway. When that happens you have to push the oarnge button to slide the barrel foward and use your finger to turn the rotating interal feeding mechanism. Good secondary bad primary and I dont recommend for the average player as it's prone to jamming.

With the 3 balls per barell and lots of barrels, it holds a lot, and I can hit a small target across the room on the first try most of the time. Pretty impressive, and more durable than the knock offs I'd bought at Christmas for the kids.

Forget the OG Nerf guns. These are awesome and highly recommend for kids over the age of 7. Bought this for my 5 year old and he cannot cock the gun. So only recommend for kids that can do it themselves. My husband and I love them and shoot each other all the time, I would buy it for a wedding gift. lol.

I was quite surprise at how easy and fun this nerf gun turns out. haven't had to deal with a jam yet, so far. My cats love it, keeps them chasing after those balls, and keep their attention away from the birds

Was hesitant when buying this blaster, as it doesn't really fit in a holster. The 15 round capacity is definitely a bonus in the field. I already modified this blaster with a textured grip and a spring upgrade. The only complaint I had with the blaster out of the box, is that you have to be sure to pull the slide back all the to get it to prime properly. Love the sights on this blaster.

This Nerf rival gets jammed from time to time and it's very frustrating to look at your money going down the drain.It has happened sometimes and but somehow it stats to fire again.I am here talking about it's infamous pull back handle that sometimes gets stuck back and never come forward to fire it's jammed trigger. I looked many YouTube videos and Google searched about it's cure but everyone said that this model has problem with few guns where it is stuck in permanently and your money gets lost.When it happened again this time and it was looking impossible to cure it. Then I started to open it's jammed handle by unscrewing philips screws and when all of the screws were done, last one was struck in it position permanently and when using full force it lost all 4 grooves completely and it was sure that this will not come out ever.Then very frustrated and confused I begin to search and rotate every part to try my luck, if somehow it could fire one bullet and come to its proper functioning mode. And I thought that in future I will pull the trigger very carefully, like I did earlier few times.Now I get a urge to check the bullet in its barrel. I locked the trigger and put one finger in the barrel and looked inside and there was no bullet in its firing position.Wow I thought I found the cure that no YouTuber was able to answer yet. Even the Nerf gun's reviewing top YouTuber were clueless what's happening this some review units. I stated rotating it bullets chamber and when one bullet came in its barrel position I unlocked and pulled the trigger and it started firing again. One after one shot a dozen bullets in a row.So the finally the solution is here, if your gun gets jammed, just put your finger in it's barrel and rotate bullet chamber, until it gets aligned. There's lots of frustrated guys who couldn't make it workable and want a refund."Guys just rotate your Nets bullet chamber, until it is aligned".I have already wasted lot of time in finding this solution and writing a lengthy review.

Amazing gun! Unfortunately it's difficult for my 9yo to cock. He has no problem with the Apollo guns. That being said, the gun is rated for over 12. He'll grow into it in sure.For those complaining about the weight or size, i have a military background and experience with the 9mm MP5. It's most comfortable holding it the same way you would hold and aim with a real MP5.

Feeds perfectly great, it holds 15 rounds and has a complicated mag system, but you understand it after a bit!

Great nerf gun, our boys enjoy it. Price was better than Walmart. Seems to handle a bit of abuse.
