Mine worked like a charm from the moment they were opened, tested, and hung out in the Florida weather. That is for the first six months, then they go out completely and won't light at all. Did all the testing of each bulb and the fuse to no avail. Time to email customer service, explained what I did and asked if there was anything I missed as far as troubleshooting. The gentleman told me he was sending out a new control box right away after talking with their tech guys. Good deal! Received the box and new remote within days and the remote still wouldn't work with the new control box! Email back, asking can they be synced manually? Get a reply, they are sending me a completely new set of lights! WOW! So now, just tested the new set and they lit up perfectly - with both of the new remotes! I. Am. A. Happy. Camper! I don't know, maybe communication was the key for me. These aren't cheap and I'm really satisfied with my purchase (they are beautiful!) and my customer service experience.
