I like the fact this is a nice small self-containtained unit. It easily slips into a pocket and is sleek and attractive. No more having to drag around a completely separate package to check my glucose levels. I have hypoglycemia and it’s difficult to have to carry a separate devise. My monitor is my iPhone. I use a Frestyle Libre 14 day that was supposed to be stick free but my levels are always inconsistent and they want confirmation of glucose levels & the sticks for the Libre are extremely expensive and are difficult to store & a separate lance is necessary not with this Dario. I love this.

This glucose meter is awesome! It’s all in one, so I don’t have to carry a bag for strips lancets, and meter. It easily fits in my pocket. The app is great, you can log your meals in the app and count your daily carbs — no food diary needed. You can manually enter your meals and select from a database, or you can use your camera and let the app read the bar codes for you. It can track your steps, has guided meditation videos, and has reminders you can set up. If your blood sugar gets too low it will notify two contacts of you GPS location. The membership fee of $20 for three months is money well spent. For the $20 you get unlimited test strips, 100 lances, and a session with a diabetes coach every two weeks. I like the diabetes coach. It makes me feel like I am being held accountable for my care. Some people may not like that, but I think you can opt out. If I had to keep a separate food diary and write down all of my test readings I wouldn’t do it. Using the app has made a huge difference in my diabetes management. I have been using it for a month and my average readings have gone from 181 to 134. I remember to take my meds, I can easily count my carbs with the carb tracker, and I can see results in the statistics the app keeps for me. If I could give more than five stars I would. This simple little device has made a world of difference in me taking charge of my self care and how much better I feel. Dario has other devices like a scale and blood pressure cuff that use the same app and it integrates all your info into one chart. I highly recommend this if you are struggling to keep track of your daily carbs, logging your test readings, and basically just affording test strips. Great job Dario!

Nice system. Easy to use. With the small the case everything fits comfortably in my pocket. Ready for a quick BG measure while on the go. There is do much packed into this system I hesitate to suggest any change. A real improvement for me would be if the BG note field could be more like the BP note field. Larger space, Larger font and a line feed feature as well as more contrast between the font and background. Either way this is a great system. Does exactly what it’s advertised to do and more. I don’t own the Dario BP device. But I will soon. This has been a great purchase and fixin to get better.

I was looking for a replacement blood sugar meter and the Daria Value Pack turns out to be absolutely perfect. The kit includes all the supplies you need for 3 months and I find it extraordinarily convenient and compact. For my own personal needs, the kit actually includes even more than I actually need because I already have a great support team for my diabetes but I really appreciate how the app and the kit complement each other. Ultimately the key for me is that it works seamlessly with my phone and is so compact it is really easy to have on hand all the time. That and the very practical subscription for the testing strips makes it a winner in my book.

This monitor and app make monitoring my blood glucose as simple as can be. There is even a place for me to input my food and drink consumption for carbohydrate intake. Combined with the health coach and unlimited tests strips with membership this is the very best deal I have ever found. I can literally test as often as I need and never run out of strips. I definitely recommend this product and the membership plans that are available.

poor instructions to load test strips, and lancettes. Poor instruction on testing. You cannot re-insert the same test strip if you don't get results, you must use a new strip. Test results are questionable. I have never 102 a day after the doctors test said 188. ONE MORE THING....customer service is open from 9AM to 9PM Monday through Friday. It is closed on Friday at 6PM and offers NO assistance before then. You are told you will receive your refund in 7 to 10 days, it has been 18 days and there is no way to contact Amazon without going around in circles. No refund, NO MORE PURCHASES and will not recommend Amazon to anyone.

As a recently diagnosed diabetic, I was looking for a meter that would interface with my phone to store readings for easy review and for doctor appointments. I did my research and settled on the Dario meter for a few reasons: It met the criteria of working with the phone The subscription service with unlimited strips sent right to me automatically seemed convenient The small form of the unit including lancing device meant it could be slipped in a pocket easily The item arrived in good condition and well packaged. I sat down the weekend after receiving to setup the app and try the device. Upon opening the package I realized that the included test strips had expired in February. I contacted the seller through Amazon and after giving them my number they called early the next day (Wednesday). The gentleman I spoke too was very nice and quite apologetic about the issue and inconvenience and said they would get replacement strips out right away. He made a point of making sure I received an email copy of the order while we were on the phone. This was Wednesday morning. I expected, based on the conversation, that the strips would arrive quickly and I would be able to try again on setup by that following weekend. I received a text telling me my shipment was on it’s way and providing tracking info. As the weekend arrived with no sign of the strips I checked the tracking information. They weren’t scheduled to arrive until the upcoming Wednesday and they were only coming from one state away. A full week after the customer service call. In addition, the tracking history showed they weren’t even shipped until late Friday afternoon. I would have expected that in the interest of saving the relationship with a new customer the strips would have been expedited. This isn’t a “one night stand” situation like a book or a pair of socks. This is a “long term relationship” of app support and supplies, especially with the subscription service. It’s also a medical device to help in the treatment of a medical condition. The supplies aren’t available locally, and the point of the subscription is counting on Dario Health to be responsible for getting me supplies in a timely manner. After this experience I just don’t trust this service/company and have opted to return the item and try another company.
