I've seen people use these pens on rocks and other things that they'll leave in areas but I've been using these pens on baked clay and even on some paintings I've done. The pens themselves are really comfortable to hold. The amount of paint that comes out is perfect and not in globs where it creates a mess. The color are all so vibrant and bright. I have tested all of these pens and even used most of them and the tips are perfect. I've used the fine tip on a lot of my paintings that require a little paint but being able to find a brush that would not add too much has been hard to find. These pens are great for those fine areas I want to paint. I've even used some of the pens fine tips to write on baked clay. The tips just seem to glide over the clay, unless there's a crack or bump. Same can be said for the medium tip, just glides along either the clay or even canvas.

The colors are beautiful and vivid. I love that this pack comes with so many color options too. They write well and smoothly. Work very easily on glass, ceramic, rocks, and on thicker paper, such as cardstock or poster board. The paint bleeds through of you use thin paper.My favorite thing about these paint pens is that my toddler can "paint" with me and paint does not get everywhere! Because the paint is controlled in the tip of the pen by pressing down on the tip, it does not allow her to go crazy and just smear colors all over the place like traditional paint. The colors are so bright and vibrant and the ink comes out solid and not translucent. Excellent quality!

I love this product. The markers are exactly what I need to help me do mixed-media illustrations for my children's picture books. Very easy to use. Just press and hold (a bit longer the first time you use them to allow for the first run of ink to flow). The ink will come out and is easy to control when "painting". I want to say I reached out to the company about a question I had and got an immediate, very satisfactory response. Would buy again.

Best rock markers I’ve ever had. We have tried a lot of paint markers but they are messy and leave a lot of marks that I can’t clean. These are easy to clean up after and a lot of colors! Love the sparkles!

The tips weren’t ideal for the job I was doing in some areas, but I love how the paint feels and looks when dry. I can think of a lot of other projects I can use them on and will buy more in the future. It’s great having such a selection of colors! I am not through yet, but I can see it will look just like new when I get the painting finished and the pieces glued together.

These are perfect for my kids to paint rocks for their pretty rock garden. At first use, make sure you shake them well and blot the tips down to get the paint flowing. Beautiful color options. The box was very flimsy so I had to tape it up well, but these are great markers. And they last over and over. Good for painting mugs too.

These are great and fun, they would be great for kids. The red color paint pen on mine was a little more of a pink than a primary color red. Some of the colors (like black) ran out a lot quicker then other colors. Overall, these were great and I would recommend them.

My daughter loves these! She has been painting rocks with them!! Easy to use! Just a great product!
