TENEX Ultra Tennis Elbow Shock Absorber, Wrist-Worn Non-Compression Brace

A woman at my club recommended this...our pro calls it a voodoo bracelet but I swear it helps! Had some issues with the band breaking off but was helped by Jean who responded to my email and sent me a replacement.

I had chronic pickle ball elbow so bad I couldn’t play very much any more. A friend recommended this product and I figured I’d try it. After a couple weeks off to heal, I used this device and WOW!! 2 years plus later and still no pickleball elbow. No issues at all thanks to Tenex!! This is an amazing device I highly recommend. Also, the customer service is amazing. I had a minor issue with the strap and they responded quickly and got me a replacement.

I started wearing Tenex when I was a beginner with poor form contributing to elbow pain. Now playing against bigger hitters, Tenex prevents soreness. I recommend it to everyone. Another thing - the product's design is very sleek and doesn't stand out which I prefer.

Is it working? Maybe, but I'm also doing weekly massage and acupuncture treatments ... so it's difficult to pinpoint the benefits to any one thing, but I'm willing to keep using it and trying. But unfortunately, after 2.5 months, the strap broke broke off the main "watch" piece. So I contacted the company directly on their website (don't use the Contact on Amazon, as that doesn't seem to be setup at all by the company), they said they would replace it, but that before they did, I would have to send the broken part back and they used "first class" mail was ok, but when I went to US Post Office, they said I could not do first class as there is some unknown liquid sound inside - so had to pay $9 for USPS groud instead. Two weeks later, I got the replacement, but apparently it's just the "watch" portion - apparently, I didn't notice that they said to only send back that "watch" portion ... though there are no directions on how to remove the remaining strap (apparently, there is a link on their website that I have to go and locate myself) ... but this is assuming, there is nothing wrong with the strap ... but I don't know, as I sent it all back. In their email, they said that only the "watch" portion is warrantied, and not the straps that come with it - how strange is that?! Anyway, so I go to their website to order a strap for $10, but it seems their shopping cart defaults the shipping to FedEx for $65 ... and of course I didn't see this, as I assume that it would default to the lowest cost option first (first class), like all other shopping carts do for any retailer. So I had to email them back and Jean Michel Krief replied back with a curt email saying that "clearly visible on the shopping cart" ... regardless, FedEx should not be the default option. And $65 for FedEx seems like 3x what FedEx charges, so I imagine Tenex is looking to make money on that default.

From the moment I put it on the pain stopped so if your elbow hurts when you hit the ball do yourself a favor and pick one up

Use it for golf most of the time.

I am disappointed in this band. I have had my previous Tenex for about 3 years and it has worked really well. The Velcro is beginning to give way. This new band has a rubber strap, which is supposed to be one size fits all. It doesn’t fit me. It’s too big. I am on the last hole to start with, so it doesn’t bode well. This is so disappointing, as I have not had tennis elbow since I bought the original band. It wasn’t cheap either.

This gadget really does work. I used it for years to keep tennis elbow under control and have recommended it to two friends who confirm they have also had success with the elimination of their tennis elbow. Really hard to source in the UK these days.

I have been using Tenex tennis elbow support mercury wrist bands since 1989 = 35 years. They have allowed me to play tennis through periods of having tennis elbow pain, and since I wear one constantly for playing tennis, they help prevent tennis elbow happening for me. Also good to wear playing golf or working around the house.

My wife was starting to feel pains in her wrist and lower arm due to playing pickleball. Note that she also had dealt with carpel-tunnel type symptoms over a number of years prior to learning the game. A fellow p-baller told her about this band and swore by it, actually claiming that it had also allowed her to keep playing the game. So I ordered it for my wife and she can claim the same!! The difference of wearing it was instant and noticeable and she can play for 2+ hours no problem with no pain. The true test is when she accidentally forgets to put it on, notices the discomfort, then has it completely go away not long after she puts it on. If this band doesn't help you, then you likely have a problem that goes beyond what these two ladies have, but for those with tennis elbow/carpel tunnel, it seems to work quite well for racquet/paddle sports!
