I am coeliak, but I made bread for my partner from this (dusk mask and all ;-) ) and he said it was wonderful bread. I adjusted the recipe on the bag slightly and got the dough mixed in bakery (I am lazy). It looked and smelled beautiful and my partner loved the taste.

Just like Marriages very strong white, this produces a beautiful pliable dough time after time.

Very expensive!
Bought this in desperation during the lock-down. It makes decent enough bread, but it doesn't slice well. Better results to be had from Doves Farm if I'm honest. And cheaper too!

Beautiful bread!
We started using Marriage's flour during lockdown and it is superb. The bread, wholemeal or white, is wholly reliable, excellent consistency, cuts cleanly and is delicious.

Not 100% wholemeal
It is NOT a 100% wholemeal flour. Seems to be a mix of plain flour and wholemeal flour. Will not buy it again.
