Contracted ugly toenail fungus 2 yrs ago. Dermatologist gave me Rx but did not take after I read the side effects of the Rx. Some of the anti fungal otc products only treat atheletes feet states not effective on fingernails or toenails. I saw that Kerasal was available from Amazon, ordered, when arrived I started nail treatment. I noticed a big improvement to my ugly, yellowish, thick toenail until I stumbled over my two big feet with my flip flops and the nail bent backwards and became detached so I had to stop Kerasal Nail Treatment. For the short time I did use the product it does work. Have to be patient as can be a long process in treating. Hopefully I can wear open toed shoes in public again. I hope I'm never a victim of toenail fungus again.

This product actually showed results after one use for me. However if you skip a couple days it seems your nails revert back to their previous color. If you're consistent and follow the instructions, this works really well.

It helps a bit, but it doesn't complete the job as it needs to be applied directly onto the skin, i.e. under the nails.

You have to be consistent with this product. I use it once a day on my big toenails after my shower and before I put my socks and shoes on. I’m on my third tube, but with consistent use my toenails are almost completely normal thickness and color. I feel like I would’ve seen results faster if I didn’t forget about using it so often when I first got it.

At first, I thought this fungal nail treatment was excellent—it really improved the appearance of the nail and softened it enough to trim back to the nail bed. But then I read the fine print. The product doesn’t actually treat the fungal infection; it just masks the problem by making the nail look better. If you’re looking for a real cure, you’ll need a proper antifungal treatment. This is a cosmetic fix, not a solution.
